We're looking for a number of Learning Support Assistants to work on a flexible, supply basis across a range of specialist settings. These roles suit someone who's practical, level-headed, and able to build rapport quickly - especially with young people who respond best to consistency, clear boundaries, and a grounded approach. Longer term roles do also become available should this be something you are keen to explore once you have found the setting for you!
The Role - Learning Support Assistant
You'll be:
Supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
Guiding young people through both structured learning and practical, hands-on activities
Providing a strong, steady presence in lessons, around the school, and during outdoor tasks
Working within a supportive team that values resilience, teamwork, and reliabilitySettings Include:
