Salary is £27,000 for this hybrid role, with a generous holiday allowance including you birthday off plus health and wellbeing provisions and the opportunity for CPD and internal training.
A hybrid role, you will be dividing your time between the office in Bradford (Tues - Thurs) and working from home (Mon and Fri). Hours are 9-5 (35 hour week)
So, what will you be doing?
Supporting the full employee lifecycle including ER matters
Providing first-line support via phone and HR systems
Maintaining accurate HR records using ATS and Microsoft systems
Workingf collaboratively in a fast-paced shared services environment
What makes you a great fit?
Strong administrative and organisational skills to keep HR processes running smoothly
Confidence in communication with an excellent phone manner
Solid IT skills, including Excel for filtering and accurate data input
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
CIPD Level 3 is desirable (although this is a CPD opportunity after probation) ,with shared services experience seen as a bonus
