Dispatchch Administrator to join the logistics team at a high-tech electronics manufacturing facility in Andover. You will play a vital role in the final stages of the production cycle, ensuring that finished goods are accurately documented, systemically dispatched, and prepared for global distribution.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong IT skills and experience in warehousing, stores administration, or dispatch—particularly those who enjoy a process-driven environment where accuracy is paramount.
Dispatch Administrator Responsibilities:

System Administration: Use internal MRP systems (such as 123 Insight) to dispatch products and maintain real-time inventory accuracy.

Documentation: Create and process accurate commercial invoices and shipping documentation.

Labelling & Compliance: Ensure all products are correctly labelled, ordering and printing labels as required to meet customer specifications.

Data Management: Manage shipping data and maintain clean electronic records using Microsoft Office and internal databases.

Operational Support: Assist with the handling and packaging of electronic boards and components to support the wider dispatch team.

Communication: Coordinate with Production Managers and the Stores department to ensure shipping deadlines are met.
Dispatch Administrator Requirements:

Strong IT Skills: Must be highly computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) for daily tasks.

Attention to Detail: A "right first time" approach to ensuring labels and invoices are 100% accurate.

Administrative Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse, stores, or dispatch office environment.

Procedural Focus: Ability to follow strict manufacturing procedures and maintain detailed record-keeping.
Desirable:

Previous experience within an electronics manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., 123 Insight, SAP, SYSPRO, etc.).
