The Role: Learning Support Assistant
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, helping them to achieve both academically and socially. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, differentiated learning and provide targeted support where needed.
This Learning Support Assistant role involves working 1:1 and in small groups, delivering interventions, and supporting pupils' confidence, engagement, and overall development. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will contribute to a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities: Learning Support Assistant
Provide high-quality 1:1 and small group support as a Learning Support Assistant
Support the delivery of differentiated lessons and learning activities
Assist with individual education plans and tailored learning strategies
Promote positive behaviour management and pupil engagement
Support students' social, emotional, and academic development
Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to raise attainmentKey Details - Learning Support Assistant
Location: Cheltenham
Pay: £90- £100 per day (depending on experience)
Full-time: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Term-time only
