About the Business
One of the most exciting companies in the UK robotics and logistics space right now. They're building cutting-edge autonomous robots and advanced AI-powered software that are genuinely changing the way global logistics works and they're growing at serious pace to match the demand.
With significant investment behind them and major expansion underway, including the recent addition of a new unit at their Wallingford site, this is a business that is very much in growth mode. The energy on site reflects that. It's fast, it's ambitious, and there's a real sense that the people there are building something that matters.
This is a brilliant time to join.
About the Role
This isn't a "sit at your desk and organise spreadsheets" kind of job. If you're looking for a quiet admin role where you can stay behind a screen all day, this one isn't for you and that's okay.
The business is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, is happiest when they're busy, and genuinely doesn't mind turning their hand to whatever needs doing. One hour you might be taking a shopping order, the next you're showing a new starter around site, chasing something between units, or helping set up for an event. No two days are the same and that's exactly what makes this role brilliant for the right person.
Things move quickly here, priorities shift, and they need someone who moves with it, not against it. You'll be on your feet, visible across the operation, and the kind of person colleagues rely on to just get things done.
If you're the type who rolls their sleeves up, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and gets a buzz from a busy environment.. read on.
