Role Purpose
This is an opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our operations team and grow into a key role supporting CBPM customers. The Customer Operations & Planning Coordinator will assist in managing customer relationships, coordinating order fulfilment, and supporting demand and production planning activities.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Account Coordination

Support the management of CBPM customer accounts.

Provide clear updates on order status and delivery timelines.

Assist with resolving customer queries.
Order Processing & Internal Coordination

Ensure orders are captured accurately and processed internally.

Coordinate with manufacturing, QA, and logistics to support on‑time delivery.

Track order progress and flag delays.
Production & Demand Planning Support

Assist in preparing production schedules.

Help maintain demand forecasts and planning documents.

Monitor supply and stock requirements.
Operational & Project Support

Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare reports and dashboards.
