Part-Time Compliance and Administration Assistant
Location: Rochdale
Hours: 2 days per week, 9am–5pm (flexible working days)
Contract: Part‑Time

We are looking for a highly organised and confident individual to join our small team in Rochdale town centre as a part‑time Compliance and Administration Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple tasks, and ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time.
This position is also an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in growing into a Recruitment Consultant role, as there is a strong possibility for progression for the right person.
The Role
Working as part of a small, friendly team, you will support the compliance process for new and existing candidates. Your duties will include:
• Processing DBS applications
• Chasing references and gathering outstanding documents
• Completing right‑to‑work and qualification checks
• Updating and maintaining information on our CRM system
• General data entry and administrative duties
• Completing safeguarding and compliance documentation
• Making phone calls to candidates and occasionally schools
• Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
• Have excellent phone manners and confidence speaking with candidates
• Be well‑organised, polite, friendly and able to work independently
• Be firm but professional when chasing documents and deadlines
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be confident using computer systems and Microsoft platforms
• Have previous experience in compliance or recruitment admin (preferred but not essential)
• Have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
