Warehouse Driver | Chorley, Lancashire | 42.5 hours per week | £28,090 Per Annum rising to £29,130 after successful probation period
Established in 1995, our client is a family-owned and operated business, known for providing quality plastic building products at competitive prices, alongside a service that is second to none. Operating from purpose-built distribution and trade counter facilities at Chorley East Business Park, they hold large, comprehensive stock levels to ensure orders are fulfilled in full and on time. They deliver twice daily across the North West, supporting a large customer base.
Working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Following a successful probation period, you will also work one Saturday morning per month from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Fork lift truck licence an advantage but not essential

What will your role as a Warehouse Operative/Driver look like?
Picking materials for delivery
Delivering within a 50-mile radius of offices in Chorley
Offloading and putting away deliveries from suppliers
Serving on the trade counter dealing with cash and credit card payments
Dealing with phone enquiries/orders
Keeping the warehouse tidy
