Overview
We're looking for a Customer Services Associate to join the team on a fixed-term basis. You'll be the first point of contact for handling queries, supporting system administration, and ensuring a high standard of service in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming queries via phone & email
Take ownership of queries through to resolution within agreed service levels
Carry out system administration and maintain accurate records
Support joining, moving & leaving processes
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standards
Investigate issues and maintain data accuracy
Contribute to service improvements and team performance targets

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident handling customer queries
High attention to detail and organisation
