Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Assembly/Production Operative to build and test a range of manufactured products. The role involves using mechanical and hand tools, working independently or within a team, and ensuring build times, quality, and accuracy meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical items
Read and interpret assembly documentation
Carry out testing and quality checks
Meet production targets and deadlines
Ensure products meet quality and customer requirements
Key Skills & Experience
Ability to read engineering drawings
Experience working from materials or assembly documentation
Understanding of quality standards and measurement tools
Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Personal Attributes
Team player with a flexible approach
Good communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
