Primary Teaching Assistant (Behaviour Specialist) – Swansea
Step into a school where the energy hits you the moment you walk through the door. Classrooms are full, the pace is fast, and the personalities are larger than life. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just cope with challenging behaviour — they excel in it. Often, challenging behaviour is a form of communication for children who struggle to express how they are feeling and what they need. We are looking for someone who can support the classroom, steady the atmosphere, and help bring structure to even the busiest of school days.
If you’re confident, composed, and ready to support lively classes with big characters, this Swansea Primary School is ready for you.
Pay: £92.95 per day
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Term Time Only, Full Time from 8:30am to 3:30pm

You’ll be supporting in classrooms that are vibrant, busy, and full of movement. Your presence will matter — pupils will look to you for consistency, reassurance, and calm support. · Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils who need additional guidance
· Encouraging and celebrating progress — especially the small, hard-won steps forward
What You’ll Bring

Essential Criteria:
· Experience working with children (school-based or similar setting)

· A belief that every child — even the most challenging — deserves patience and consistency
