The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while also engaging directly with learners. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting learner enrolments and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records

Managing inboxes and handling day-to-day communications

Updating and maintaining CRM systems such as Dynamics and HubSpot

Booking meetings and coordinating schedules for the sales team

Proactively calling existing learners to support their progress

Using Excel to track data and monitor performance

Keeping the team organised, efficient, and on track to achieve targets

Must have experiences with PIX
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and enjoys working with people. You’ll bring:

Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

Experience using Excel and CRM systems

Previous administrative experience (ideally within sales or recruitment)
