Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
Visual Impairment (VI)
Hearing Impairment (HI)

🧩 The Role - SEN Learning Support Assistant
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will play a key role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support and assist in small group interventions
Support students with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
Assist with personal care and student welfare where required
Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to deliver tailored learning strategies
Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and communication skills
Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment🎓 What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in:
SEN schools, mainstream schools, or alternative provisions
Care, support work, youth work, or similar rolesEssential Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
Patience, empathy, and resilienceDesirable (but not essential):
Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
