Job Type: Part-time – Once per week (Every Wednesday)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to work on a housing development site in Tiverton. This role involves maintaining cleanliness in site offices and welfare facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning site offices and meeting rooms
Maintaining welfare facilities including canteens, toilets, and changing areas
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and wiping surfaces
Emptying bins and replenishing consumables where required
Ensuring all areas are kept clean, hygienic, and presentable
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
Good attention to detail
Reliable and able to work independently
CSCS card not essential
