The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a highly organised Supply Chain Administrator to support a busy and fast-paced supply chain function. This is a pivotal role focused on maintaining accurate supplier data, supporting compliance processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across procurement and operational teams.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, playing a key role in ensuring supplier performance, governance and data integrity remain at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Administration & Governance

Coordinate supplier onboarding, approvals and renewals

Monitor expiry dates and ensure compliance documentation is up to date

Maintain accurate supplier records, accreditations and status
Data Management & Systems
-
Input, update and verify supplier data within internal systems
-
Maintain approved and preferred supplier lists
-
Support system controls to ensure only compliant suppliers are used
Agreements & Frameworks
-
Assist with administration of supplier agreements and pricing structures

Track contract timelines, renewals and key terms
-
Maintain accurate commercial records
Support & Coordination

Act as a key contact for supply chain queries

Support supplier performance tracking and KPIs

Assist with market research, supplier engagement and category support
About You
Essential:
-
Experience in an administrative, procurement or supply chain environment
-
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
-
Experience managing data and documentation
-
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, document systems)

Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Desirable:

Experience with supplier agreements, SLAs or frameworks
-
Knowledge of ERP or procurement systems

Exposure to KPI reporting or supplier performance tracking

Understanding of compliance or ESG considerations
