Sales Order Administrator
Clifton, Bristol (hybrid available after probation)
£26,000 - £30,000 plus annual profit share bonus
Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm

They are looking for a Sales Order Administrator to join their team providing administrative support to the regional teams in the management of customer and supplier orders. Working closely with suppliers & customers to build strong working relationships.
Duties for the Sales Order Administrator will involve:

Responding to incoming customer sales enquiries and general enquiries - via telephone / email

Providing pricing, product availability, order updates and samples as requested.

Process customer and supplier purchase orders

Coordinate delivery of materials
-
To manage the open orders / deliveries

To liaise with supplier and logistics partners

Reporting to the sales team / business
-
To attend on an ad-hoc basis customer and supplier visits

Handle invoice queries and credit requests
-
To provide back up and support to other sales support coordinators
-
Working with key contacts at main suppliers to ensure order book is up to date

Coordinating hospitality, travel and accommodation requirements for regional events and functions

Front of house cover for internal and external office meetings

Update and maintain the customer and supplier database

Any other duty deemed necessary by the management team to assist in
Essential Experience for the Sales Order Administrator
-
Previous relevant experience in a similar support role i.e order processing, logistics, sales admin, sales support etc

Knowledge and understanding of the sales order and purchase process

Good administration, organisation, and time management skills

Well-developed telephone call handling skills

Excellent communication and writing skills

Excellent numeracy skills

Ability to work accurately and quickly with attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and make correct decisions

Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Managing resources effectively

Team player, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with others

Must reside within a commutable distance from the office
Further Details:

35 hour working week, Monday - Friday 9-5
-
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays with option to purchase further holidays and holidays increasing over time
