Job Overview
To support the efficient processing and fulfilment of customer correspondence by printing, handling, and manually enclosing customer letters in line with client SLAs. This role involves contributing to processing improvement and maintaining high standards of quality and customer confidentiality in line with GDPR regulations.
Hours: Monday to Friday, Rotation between 07:30-16:00 week 1 & 08:00-16:30 week 2
Your main duties would include:

Operate printing equipment to produce high volumes of banking letters accurately and within agreed deadlines.

Sort, match, and prepare printed documents for enclosing, ensuring all materials are correctly aligned to job specifications.

Manually insert letters and associate documents into envelopes (hand enclosing) with a high degree of accuracy.

Perform hand finishing tasks as required, ensuring all completed items meet quality standards.

Conduct thorough quality checks on printed and enclosed items to prevent errors or data breaches.

Maintain exceptional attention to detail when handling sensitive customer information.

Follow all data protection, confidentiality, and security procedures, including strict adherence to GDPR regulations.

Meet daily productivity and service level targets, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Prioritise tasks effectively, managing workload to ensure timely processing and dispatch.

Report equipment faults, discrepancies, or operational issues promptly to the Team Leader.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in line with health and safety standards.

Work collaboratively within the team to ensure high-quality standards in all areas of operation, contributing to the overall success of the department.
Skills and Attributes we are looking for:

Previous proven experience working as part of a team as well as working on own initiative to reach goals

Previous experience working within a similar environment / Mailroom / Print experience is beneficial

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Use of information technology such as Microsoft, Excel, Explorer, and office products

Problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

Must be flexible with the ability to multi-task

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
