The Role:
You will be an integral part of the school community, working across the school to support students both in-class and within the SEN department. Responsibilities include:
Supporting students in their learning, both individually and in small groups
Assisting teachers in class management and delivering lessons effectively
Providing support within the SEN department and across the school where needed
Helping students reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally
