About the role:
- Provide a professional and welcoming reception service to all visitors, staff, and callers
- Manage incoming calls, emails, post and general enquiries efficiently
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and carry out safeguarding and security procedures
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and preparing documents
- Work closely with office managers and wider administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front‑of‑house role (school/education experience desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A calm, friendly, and proactive approach to handling a busy reception environment
- Competent with Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
To be eligible you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional, relevant references
