Previous experience in a customer service or support role

Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word

So, what will you be doing?
-
Acting as the first point of contact for customers, transport and warehouse teams
-
Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
-
Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries and orders
-
Handling customer queries, complaints and enquiries
-
Building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service
-
Processing customer orders and supporting administration tasks
-
Creating invoices and managing orders using internal systems
-
Producing Excel files for warehouse picking
-
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
-
Identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions
-
Supporting sales through upselling where appropriate
-
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
