Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.
We are currently recruiting for a PPM Drainage Engineer to join their team.
The main purpose of this PPM Drainage Engineer role is to provide support the business by conducting drainage maintenance for various contracts throughout London and the Home Counites.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £43,000 P/A, depending on experience.
This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 6pm - 5am
Reporting to the Remedial Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:
At least 5 years experience within the drainage industry
Must demonstrate technical knowledge and competency in undertaking internal drainage maintenance within commercial buildings
Must be competent in operating electrical mechanical coring equipment and Picote milling machines for internal drainage clearance works.
Competent in operating HPWJ equipment for drainage descales
Capable of investigating and tracing internal drainage systems from float line, to stack through to outfalls.
Must have a passion for problem solving and coming up with solutions for cleaning and descaling internal drainage systems.
Capable of identifying configuration and design issues within internal drainage systems.
Competent with removing toilets pans and refitting
Competent with removing urinal bowls and refitting
The ideal candidate:
3 Years Drainage Experience
Previous Plumbing experience
Full UK Driving Licence
Happy to work out of hours
