Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - SEN / SEMH / ADHD
We are working with a specialist SEN school in Greenwich that supports pupils with ADHD, SEMH needs, and associated challenging behaviours. The school provides a highly supportive, structured environment where staff play a key role in helping students regulate emotions, build confidence, and re-engage with education.
They are now looking for a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team.
The Role: Learning Support Assistant
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural needs
Support students with focus, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning
Implement consistent behaviour management strategies and routines
Build strong, trusting relationships to support student progress
Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to deliver tailored supportThe Ideal Candidate: Learning Support Assistant
Experience working with children or young people with ADHD, SEMH, or challenging behaviour (or transferable experience)
Strong, resilient character with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Confident in managing and de-escalating challenging situations
Positive, proactive, and consistent in approach
