Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the MASH Team for Southwark Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a fast-paced MASH team, ensuring effective safeguarding responses for children and families.
- Overseeing the screening, triaging, and decision-making of incoming referrals.
- Working collaboratively within a multi-agency environment, ensuring strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Providing supervision, guidance, and support to Social Workers and other team members.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, safeguarding procedures, and local authority policies.

Monitoring team performance and driving service improvements to achieve key targets.

£45.20 p/h Umb
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care
- Previous experience within MASH or front-door services
- Management or supervisory experience within a social care setting
- Social Work England Registration

Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and multi-agency working
