Accounts Administrator - (UK & EU Finance)
Location: Guildford (Hybrid working -3 days in the office)
Salary: £33k -£35k (DOE) PLUS 20 days Holiday +BH, Pension Scheme, An extra day off your birthday, One paid volunteering day, Monthly Staff socials & So Much More!

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a rapidly growing business in Guildford!
We are looking for a passionate individual with a knack for numbers and experience in European VAT, EU markets, and high‑volume transactional finance to join the dynamic finance team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations across multiple markets.
Responsibilities?
As an Accounts Administrator, you will:
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Complete bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Manage high-volume marketplace seller accounts and transactions
Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting
Support management accounts preparation, including journals, accruals, and prepayments
Monitor financial activity to ensure compliance with internal controls
Support payroll processing and ensure timely payments
Perform general finance administration as requiredWhat are we looking For?
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency with accounting systems such as Xero or Zoho
Experience working with goods‑based businesses
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Experience with European VAT, EU markets, and goods‑based finance
The ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
AAT Level 3 (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential
Exposure to management accounts processes
