Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution site in Rugby. This is a long-term temporary opportunity working consistent day shifts, ideal for candidates with previous warehouse experience and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

Using handheld scanners and WMS systems to process stock

Preparing goods for dispatch

Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
-
No qualifications required however previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment (Minimum 6 months)

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) highly desired

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong work ethic and reliability
