About the Role:
You will be working closely with teachers and other professionals to support pupils with a wide range of needs, including:
Autism Spectrum (ASD)
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties
Communication and sensory needsThis is a rewarding opportunity to help students achieve their full potential in a nurturing and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
Assist in delivering tailored learning activities
Support students with emotional regulation and behaviour
Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and familiesWhat We're Looking For:
A caring, patient, and resilient attitude
Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs
