Housing Assistant / Customer Service Assistant
Our client, based in Central Scotland, is looking for a proactive Housing Assistant / Customer Service Assistant to support their Housing Management team for 6-months. This role is ideal for someone with social housing or customer service experience who enjoys helping residents, solving problems, and keeping processes running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
• Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries.
• Provide advice on tenancy issues, complaints, arrears and general housing queries.
• Book and follow up repairs, liaising with tenants and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records in housing and CRM systems.
• Handle payments and first‑stage complaints.
• Support colleagues to deliver a high‑quality service.
Ideally candidates will have experience in social housing or a strong customer service background. You will be comfortable speaking to Tenants and therefore have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have the ability to follow processes, manage a busy workloads and will be confident using/updating IT systems
This is a great opportunity to make a real difference to residents while gaining valuable experience in a supportive Housing Management team.
