Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting a Quality Administrator. This exciting role offers the opportunity to not only assist but lead in the maintenance and development of the Safety Management System, while helping to foster a culture of excellence and compliance.
This is a 12 month FTC.
As part of the team, you'll be responsible for both operational and strategic functions, ensuring that all aspects of quality management, auditing, and change management are meticulously executed across various business units. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to employee training and continuous process improvements that directly impact the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality & Safety System Management: Lead the implementation and improvement of electronic quality and safety management systems, including providing training to ensure full team proficiency.
- Training & Development: Prepare and deliver quality-based training sessions to meet both current and future business needs.
- Change Management: Support the implementation of change management processes, including document management systems and related improvements.
- Audit Function: Manage and oversee internal audits for shore-based business units, ensuring audit plans are followed and action items are closed out efficiently.
- ISO Compliance & Management Reviews: Prepare and analyse data for management review meetings in alignment with ISO standards, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Archive & Storage Management: Assist with the management and oversight of the company’s archive and storage procedures, ensuring proper organisation and compliance.
- Business Continuity & Emergency Procedures: Assist with the preparation and implementation of Business Continuity documents and act as an on-scene coordinator during office evacuations.
- Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments for OHSE and Information Security, identifying potential hazards and mitigating risks.
- Employee Inductions & Training: Lead employee inductions and provide training on HSE matters, ensuring new hires are well-versed in company policies.
- Administrative Support: Assist with internal memos, safety circulars, and any other administrative tasks as required by senior management.
- Occasional Business Travel: Travel as needed for inspections, audits, and training.
Essential:
- Experience with quality management systems, internal auditing, and ISO standards.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Proven track record of working towards targets and deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and other administrative tools.
