Forklift Truck Drivers x 3 (Counterbalance & Reach) – Permanent
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £30,000 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)
Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating AM/PM shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)
Plus: Overtime paid after 40 hours + exceptional employee benefits

Key Responsibilities
Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLTs safely and accurately in a busy production environment
Moving a variety of products, pallets, and cages across the site
Loading and unloading vehicles with precision and care
Checking barcodes, customer orders, and stock items ready for UK‑wide distribution
Supporting wider production and warehouse teams as required
Working within a quality‑controlled, clean, and safety‑focused environment
Completing picking, packing, and materials handling tasks
Using MRP systems and Windows‑based software to manage stock and order information (ideal but not essential)
Your skills and experience
In‑date RTITB licence for Counterbalance and Reach
Proven experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
Strong awareness of health & safety and quality standards
Confident, accurate FLT driving skills
A team‑focused approach with the flexibility to support other operational areas
Good attention to detail when handling stock, orders, and documentation
Experience with MRP or stock management systems is highly desirable
