Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client in St Neots. The role involves manual handling, including lifting and moving 25kg bags, as well as picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
This is a physically demanding role suited to individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

Picking products from warehouse locations using pick lists or handheld scanners

Packing orders securely and accurately for dispatch

Lifting and moving bags weighing up to 25kg safely and repeatedly

Loading and unloading deliveries

Ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Assisting with stock checks and inventory control when required
Requirements

Previous warehouse or manual handling experience preferred but not essential

Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 25kg) regularly

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Basic understanding of health and safety practices

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
