Health Care Assistant – Complex Care
Location: Greater Manchester
Shifts: Day and Night shifts available
Pay: £13.21-£15.21 per hour

The Health Care Assistant Role Overview:
You’ll be providing 1-2-1 care in clients’ own homes, supporting individuals with complex clinical needs to live as independently and comfortably as possible.

Supporting with tracheostomy care, ventilation & respiratory needs
-
Assisting with PEG feeding and nutritional support
-
Managing medication and clinical observations
-
Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
-
Monitoring and responding to changes in condition

Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
You will gain specialist clinical skills while being fully supported every step of the way. Working with individuals with:

Complex neurological conditions

Long-term ventilation needs
-
Physical disabilities
-
Palliative and end-of-life care requirements

Experience of working in complex care

Full UK driving licence (essential)
