Quality Assurance Administrator
Walker Cole International is partnering with an innovative UK pharmaceutical manufacturer to appoint a QA Administrator. This role will play a key part in maintaining GMP compliance and inspection readiness across a state-of-the-art sterile manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities for a QA Administrator:

Managing and maintaining QMS documentation, including the creation, activation, and control of SOPs, Product Specifications, and batch records, while ensuring documents remain current and compliant

Overseeing document lifecycle activities such as review workflows, issuing document numbers, tracking overdue actions, and circulating updates across the business

Supporting document control through effective filing, archiving, and retrieval of records, alongside accurate tracking of training documentation

Providing day-to-day QA support to manufacturing, including reviewing and issuing batch records, checking production logs, and assisting with labelling and packaging activities
