An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a great company in Verwood who are an exclusive importer and exporter of various motor related products and brands.
Role and Responsibilities of Sales Administrator; -

Processing and monitoring of customer orders

Invoicing and crediting customers
-
Answering calls, assisting customers and Area Sales Managers with queries and instructions

Stock transfers between customers and product sourcing

Running weekly and monthly customer, office and Sales rep based reports including using Excel

Monitoring and maintaining automatic system functions
-
Some light admin tasks: franking and sending post, laminating, etc
The Ideal Sales Administrator:

Office based sales and/or customer service experience preferred

Polite and helpful telephone manner

Friendly, can-do attitude

37.5hrs a week
Salary – £25,000 per annum
Mon-Thurs 9am – 5:30pm (8:30am – 5pm Friday)
