As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
• Acting as the first point of contact for client phone and email enquiries
• Processing customer orders and supporting the creation of quotations
• Producing tailored proposals for the sales team
• Maintaining accurate data within the CRM system
• Coordinating communication between clients, suppliers, and internal departments
As a Sales Administrator, your experience will include:
• At least 2 years’ experience in an administration role, ideally within a sales environment
• Demonstrable customer service experience
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Confidence using CRM platforms and MS Office
• Clear and professional communication skills
• A proactive, solutions focused approach
