BDS are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Admin to work with a well known Housing Association from their Stockport office.
You will work to support the Housing Support Team as well as the Employment Team and Pantries with general admin functions.
Main duties include but are not limited too;

Inputting onto spreadsheets and updating customer case notes on inhouse recording systems

Uploading documents to Sharepoint

Providing data to team leaders from Power bi, excel, and recording systems

Answering customer & colleague calls

Face-to-face support with customers completing welfare calls

Minute taking in meetings
Strong IT skills and attention to detail are key for this role.
Hours; 18.5 per week. Mon, Tues, Wed and Turs 9am start
Pay rate; £13.50ph PAYE- £17ph UMB
