Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Junior Labourer to join a friendly and hard-working team in North Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in construction and general site work. The role offers on-the-job training and exposure to a variety of tasks supporting skilled tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, clearance, and general labouring duties

Load, unload, and safely handle materials

Support skilled tradespeople on various construction tasks

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Work at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions

Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Key Skills
