Factory Operative - Ongoing Temporary
Location: Colchester, Essex
Pay: £12.21 per hour (increasing to £12.71 from 1st April)
Hours: Monday to Friday, Two shifts available; 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00
Prime Appointments are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a leading food manufacturing company based in Colchester.
Please note: Due to the location, applicants must have a valid driving licence and access to their own transport.
This is an ongoing temporary position, offering consistent, long-term work.
Key Responsibilities of Factory Operative:
Assisting on the production line
Supporting various areas of the factory as required
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
Ideal Candidate:
Willing to work overtime when required
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Must have own transport
