Manage inbound calls in line with service level agreements
Process all orders accurately within 24 hours
Handle returns, non-conformances, and collection requests
Support Area Sales Managers with updates and coordination
Proactively contact customers to generate orders and reduce stock risk
Maintain accurate records and manage sales documentation efficiently
What we’re looking for in a Customer Service Advisor
Previous experience in customer service or sales environments
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage orders, systems, and queries simultaneously
Confident using computer systems and relevant applications
Experience handling issues and resolving queries effectively
Working hours: 09:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday
