PE Global is currently recruiting for a Customer Operations Associate for a leading multi-national Pharmaceutical client based in Basingstoke. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week expected on site.
Contract duration: 12 months
Rates: £21.67 and £28.89 per hour, depending on experience.
Duties of the role/Responsibilities
• To act as a customer triage and is the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries across the obesity private market.
• Manage enquiries received via multiple channels (including field teams, email, web, phone, and events) and prioritise appropriately.
• Route priority accounts and complex enquiries to the appropriate internal teams (e.g. SBMs, B2B teams, MSLs, medical information or a digital only journey).
• Ensure all interactions and materials shared align with the latest approved brand materials.
• Accurately document customer interactions, decisions, and outcomes within relevant tracking tools or CRM systems.
Education/Experience
• Experience in a customer‑facing, triage, coordination, or operational role (healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments preferred).
• Knowledge or experience in Diabetes, Obesity, or related therapy areas.
• Experience supporting brand or marketing activities in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with ABPI Code of Practice or similar compliance frameworks.
• Experience with promotional materials approval systems, such as VeevaPromoMats
• Good working knowledge of digital channels, Microsoft Office suite.
