We have an opportunity for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a well‑established social housing contractor. You'll deliver high‑quality repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance across domestic properties in West London.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs within occupied residential properties, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to health and safety standards.
Completing first and second fix plumbing installations in line with industry regulations and company specifications.
Diagnosing faults, undertaking leak detection, and carrying out effective and durable repairs.
Installing, repairing, and maintaining bathroom fixtures, including bath panels, pipework, and taps.
Delivering a high standard of customer service, maintaining professionalism and clear communication with residents at all times.
Undertaking general carpentry repairs in support of multi-trade maintenance activities.
Carrying out wall tiling works to a high-quality finish, ensuring attention to detail.
Completing painting and decorating works associated with maintenance and repair activities.
Using a PDA device to manage, update, and close work orders in real time, ensuring accurate recording of job progress, materials used, and completion notes.Requirements:
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
