This role brings a variety of challenges and tasks, you will be instrumental in protecting the public and making a difference to people's lives.
Assignment Details:
The role is working 40 hours per week, working between the hours of 6:30am-8:30pm (rolling shifts every 6 weeks) and you will be working 2 in 4 weekends.
Pay rate is £12.71
Start Date 13th April
Training will be onsite for expected 3-4 weeks between the hours of 9am-5pm , once complete the role will become hybrid - working 3 days from home and 2 days at the Warrington office.Why You'll Love Working With Us:

Identify, investigate and manage data for daily/weekly reporting
Raise required documents for non-compliance reporting to External Agencies
Collation and distribution of required evidence requested by internal and external customers
Dealing with incoming and outgoing communication from all customers
Diary Management including listing court cases; updating Microsoft outlook diary and systems
Manage and process team email inboxes and queries
Receive and accurately process all notifications and enquiries in relation to electronic monitoring orders
Deal with specific requests for compliance, witness statement's and subject event history from internal and external customers
Liaison with Internal personnel and external agencies including (but not limited to) Courts, Police, CPS, Probation and YOS/YOTs
Update and maintain required records and systems
Conduct work audit process including regular quality reviewsWhat You Bring:
No prior experience needed - we'll provide all the training you need!
Excellent IT skills, including but not limited to Microsoft packages
Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent standard of verbal English
Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team
Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
