Interim Executive Assistant (Finance)
Working in the Rail sector, supporting various teams with the provision of effective administrative/clerical duties.
Location: - Manchester
Day Rate: £170 day rate
Contract Length: 2 months
Role:
The Resolute Group are supporting a trusted rail client with the recruitment of an Executive Assistant within this Rail organization. Your role is to provide a high-quality support service to colleagues, stakeholders and partners.
Working in the business support team you will perform a range of specialist administrative tasks. Day-to-day duties will vary but could include:
Receive and respond to queries from across the business, taking action where appropriate or directing the request to the appropriate person or business area.
Provide information to various stakeholders on matters of a practical nature, to ensure they are kept up-to-date with communications and project information.
Input data to the relevant business system with accuracy and undertake straightforward analysis and reporting when requested.
Use and maintain relevant internal systems and processes
Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders and respond to their requests to ensure their needs are met.
Monitor, sort and respond to shared mailboxes, including accounts payable, finance and commissioning.
Log supplier invoices, request approvals, chase outstanding items and maintain accurate records.
Set up suppliers and assist with processing supplier payments.
Review commissioning and procurement forms and ensure accuracy of information.
Raise requisitions and purchase orders (PO's) on D365.
Support senior stakeholders, including the Finance Director, with diary management, booking meetings and rooms and other ad hoc requirements.
Qualifications & Experience required:
A levels are a minimum requirement, ideally an excellent GCSE grade in English as well.
Administration experience - Used to working in an office environment, undertaking Admin duties and used to working with various teams and stakeholders.
Experience using D365 would be advantageous.To Apply:
