Nursery Assistant - Ongoing Supply (Day-to-Day)

Premier Education Ltd are currently working in partnership with a number of nurseries and early years settings in Northwich who are looking for Nursery Assistants to support them on an ongoing, day-to-day basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about early years education and are looking for flexible work that fits around their availability. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of settings, supporting young children in their learning, development, and daily routines.
The ideal candidate will be nurturing, reliable, and confident working with children aged 0-5 years, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities
Supporting the care and development of children aged 0-5 years
Assisting with play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework
Helping to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment
Supporting children with daily routines, including mealtimes and personal care
Working collaboratively with nursery staff and key workers
Observing and supporting children's learning and development
Requirements
Experience working with young children or within an early years setting
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Flexibility to work across different nursery settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to provide two references covering the last two years of employment history
An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification is desirable
Pay
£13.68 - £15.00 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
