We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company based in Hersham, Surrey, who are looking to add an experienced Office Administrator to their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible, part-time role within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The Role:
As Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with the Managing Director and wider team to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities

Managing daily office operations and ensuring efficient workflow

Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally

Maintaining organised records and filing systems

Data entry and database management

Coordinating schedules and appointments, including installation teams

Preparing reports and general administrative documentation

Supporting the team with Microsoft Office tasks

Assisting in improving office systems and processes
Requirements
-
Previous experience in an administrative role within the glazing/window industry (essential)

Knowledge of Lynx or Business Pilot software

Experience with Dext and Xero accounting systems

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to manage workloads in a busy environment
