Your new role
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring clients receive a smooth and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating a wide range of client account updates and instructions, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within expected timeframes.
Using provider systems to track progress and manage workflow effectively.
Managing your own workload through a structured task‑management system, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Handling queries from clients and advisers by investigating issues and providing clear, timely updates.
Managing documentation and correspondence related to new business activity.
Communicating regularly with clients and providers by phone and email.
Keeping all client information and records up to date and compliant.
Supporting reception duties when required, including handling calls, greeting visitors and managing daily post.
Working in line with internal procedures and provider requirements to maintain consistency and compliance
What you'll need to succeed
At least one year of experience working within an IFA practice or provider.
A working understanding of pensions, investments, or related financial products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence on the phone.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A proactive approach with the ability to take initiative.
Experience using IO software is desirable but not essential.What you'll get in return
