About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and organised Customer Operations Executive to support marketing, customer operations, and customer experience activities.
You'll help improve processes, coordinate workflows, and support reporting and insights-enabling teams to work efficiently and deliver a better customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations, workflows, and task coordination
Maintain processes, documentation, and resource tracking
Produce reports and dashboards using tools like HubSpot and GA4
Analyse data to identify trends and support decision-making
Assist with customer feedback, surveys, and insight generation
Coordinate projects, campaigns, and cross-functional activities
Support stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
Help manage customer queries and track key metrics (e.g. NPS, CSAT)
Skills & Experience
Experience in marketing, operations, customer experience, or data/reporting roles
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, (url removed), GA4, or CRM systems
Strong organisational and communication skills
Analytical mindset with confidence working with data
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesDesirable: Excel/Power BI, digital marketing metrics, project coordination, customer insight experience
