Our client, a respected business within the renewable energy industry, is seeking a Head of Customer Operations to lead their operational and customer-facing teams. This position will oversee day‑to‑day activity across Customer Operations, Customer Service and Sales, ensuring teams consistently deliver high‑quality service and meet organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities for the Head of Customer Operations:
Oversee and coordinate the daily activity of customer support and service teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Track and analyse performance metrics across all customer experience functions, addressing issues promptly and ensuring all complaints are resolved appropriately.
Maintain strong compliance and accurate administration across internal systems and customer processes.
Enhance the customer journey by improving operational workflows and elevating service standards.
Skills Required for the Gas Engineer:
Demonstrable background in leading high‑volume customer service teams.
Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
Full UK driving licence.
