As a Financial Administrator, your responsibilities will include…

Working closely with customers as well as Financial Advisors & the extended team

Supporting the Advisors, booking & preparing for meetings, organising paperwork etc

Completing & chasing letters of authority, resolving remuneration queries & admin support

Proactively calling clients & answering incoming calls whilst working with industry providers

Completing fact finds, attitude to risk forms & money laundering checks

Becoming involved in & support with post-meeting admin & delivering a high-quality service
We’re looking for a Financial Administrator, with the following skills and experience…

Ideally at least 6 months experience in financial services with knowledge of ISAs & Pensions

Experience with completing pre-meeting admin & have the ability to build rapport

Confident, warm, kind, positive, motivated & proactive with a strong work ethic

Good standard of numeracy and a flair for communication, both written & verbal
-
Super strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

Strong knowledge of financial planning tools, products & Microsoft Office

Use of Wealthcraft/Curo is desirable
