Recruitment Apprentice
Location: Norwich
Salary: £15,000 + future commission potential
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

We’re the UK’s leading automotive recruitment specialist, and we’re looking for a confident, motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Apprentice.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll earn while you learn, gain real experience, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll be supported every step of the way while building a long-term career in recruitment.
What you’ll be doing
In the early stages, you’ll learn the foundations of recruitment by:
Searching CV databases to find suitable candidates
Writing job adverts to attract applicants
Speaking with candidates and clients via phone and email
Learning how the recruitment process worksAs you progress, you’ll take on more responsibility, including:
Matching candidates to job opportunities
Building relationships with clients
Supporting the recruitment process from application through to offerWhat we’re looking for

Motivated and reliable
