School Cleaner
Requirement: Must have an Enhanced DBS on the updated service or willing to pay for one.
At Provide Education & Teachers UK, we are dedicated to connecting educational professionals with schools that prioritise creating outstanding learning environments. We are currently seeking Cleaners to work at partnered schools in the Worksop and surrounding local area on a temporary ongoing basis.
As a School Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the school facilities. This position involves a range of cleaning duties to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all members of the school community.
Duties include:

Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, corridors, and other school areas.

Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors as required.

Clean and disinfect washrooms and replenish supplies (e.g., soap, toilet paper).

Ensure washroom facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.

Empty and dispose of waste bins and recyclable materials.

Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents.

Assist with periodic cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning of carpets and floor polishing.
The successful candidates will:

Previous experience in cleaning, preferably in a school or commercial environment, is advantageous but not essential.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable.

Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
